Centre Management
The Logan MegaCentre Centre Management Office is located on Level 2 opposite Anaconda. The office is open from 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Free Parking
Logan MegaCentre offers convenient free undercover parking. We have over 800 spaces for your shopping convenience.Conveniently located to the entrances are Disabled Parking Bays and Parents with Prams car spaces. However there is a height restriction of 2.7m.
Parents Room
Our state of the art Parents Room is equipped with a microwave, lounges, change tables and parent/child toilets. Our Parents Room is located on Level 1 down the corridor between Oz Design and Urban Sofa Gallery.
Disable Toilets
Two disable toilets are located on Level 1. One at the eastern end of the centre near Freedom and the other is at the western end of the centre down the corridor between Oz Design and Urban Sofa Gallery. There is a disable toilet located on Level 2 down the corridor near Realwood Furniture.Kitchens.
Community Mall Site
For a Community/Charity Leasing Site, please contact Centre Management on 07 3209 3565. This site is dedicated to sporting groups, charity groups and community groups. The site is available from January to October. Please call Centre Management to find out more and to book your place 07 3209 3565.
Taxi Rank
A Taxi rank is available for your convenience outside of Logan MegaCentre and IKEA near the bus station. To call for a Taxi you simply use the taxi telephone at the rank.
Lost and Found Property Information
Centre Management collects and registers any lost and or found items. For more information please call 07 3209 3656.
ATM
Logan MegaCentre has a Bendigo Bank ATM located on Level 1 of the centre outside Rugs A Millions. Most major cards accepted.
Wheelchair Availability
Wheelchairs are available at Centre Management Level 2. To avoid disappointment, please make a booking by calling 07 3209 3656.
Massage Chairs and Kiddie Rides
For those moments when you need to recharge.
For the littlies, we have one carousel ride (Level 1 near Bay Leather Republic), and two kiddie rides on Level 2.
For the grownups, why not recharge in one of our Massage Chairs? You'll find these on Level 1 near our main entrance.
